Our all-inclusive packages cover all Obstetric and Midwifery consultations, 2 group education classes, attendance at your birth, care while in hospital, 2 postnatal home visits and 2 postnatal clinic visits – ensuring you receive the highest level of care with no compromises. We are committed to providing an unmatched level of high-quality care for families who value an exceptional experience throughout pregnancy and birth.
If you have private health insurance that covers Obstetrics, the total out of pocket cost for care at The Nest is $5000. A 50% deposit is required at 24 weeks of pregnancy and the remainder at 28 weeks. Your birth and hospital fees will be covered by your insurance.
If you do not have private health insurance that covers Obstetrics, you will have an additional $2000 Birth fee, due at 34 weeks. After the birth, you can claim some of this cost back from Medicare. The amount varies according to the type of birth you have.
Unlike other private models of Obstetric care, as a client of The Nest all your appointments will be bulk billed, there are no out of pocket costs for your appointments.
